A Management Committee has been formed to look after the technical affairs of the Project. It has created the following sub-committee:
1. Development Committee
2. Architectural & Designing Committee
3. Utility Supply Committee (water & sewerage, gas, electricity, telephone etc.)
4. Public Service Committee (green area, mosque, hospital, transport, play ground)
5. Educational Committee (school, Madarsa, library etc.)
6. Admin Committee (booking, allotment, verification, transfer, possession, maintenance, security).
7. Audit Committee (to ensure the execution as per byelaws of the Society objectives and missions of the Management Committee and compliance with Government Regulations.
On Feb 28, 2007 layout plan of the SANE Project has already been submitted to the District Officer Revenue, Old DC Office, District Government, Karachi, for approval. It is expected that the layout plan of the Society will be approved very soon.
Since the scheme is for the Members of the Insurance Workers, files of those sold by them available with the membership fees paid. Draw for the plot is expected to be held after Eid once its layout is approved which is already submitted for approval. Good news is that there is no extra charges for west open, corner / road facing if
Cost:
Total Cost of 200 sq.yds Plot = Rs.360,000/= inclusive of development charges, membership charges, transfer, documentation and all installments etc.
It is certain that after the approval of layout plan of SANE project, the cost of the plot will be almost double, just imagine!
Option of installments could also be discussed!
